Jay R. Jindal, M.D.

Dr. Jindal was born in Lima, Ohio and raised in Cincinnati.  He attended Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio for his premedical and medical education.  His training continued in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in Otolaryngology at the Medical College of Wisconsin.  Dr. Jindal then completed a specialized fellowship in head and neck surgery with Head and Neck Associates of Indianapolis, Indiana.  He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.  Dr. Jindal resides in Sylvania with his wife Valentina and their two sons.
